Cleaning and Care Instructions for PANDORA Jewelry Products We only recommend the use of polishing cloths specially designed for jewelry. Should further cleaning be required the jewelry may be placed in warm water with a mild dishwashing detergent and gently scrubbed with a soft toothbrush.
WARNING: NEVER USE LIQUID SILVER POLISH, SILVER PLATES, BLEACH, AMMONIA BASED PRODUCTS, OR ANY OTHER CHEMICALS.
Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. PANDORA encourages their customers to be cautious about allowing any PANDORA jewelry to come in contact with chemicals. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing jewelry while swimming in the ocean, pool, spa, or hot tub. Do not store your PANDORA jewelry with rubber bands. Never use liquid silver polish or immerse the jewelry in harsh detergents, or well water. PANDORA or MATTERS OF THE HEART will not replace any items that have been sent back for any of these reasons. General Jewelry Care: Before storing your jewelry for a length of time, please make sure to clean it first. Do not wear during physical activities, do not wear excessive amounts of perfume. Our jewelry is not rodium plated and does not have any tarnish treatments. Pandora jewelry does not contain any Nickel, it is Silver, Copper and Zinc.
