Purchases made at ShopMattersoftheHeart.com or MattersoftheHeartSalado.com may be returned for full refund or an exchange 15 days from purchase.

How to Exchange?

Ordered the wrong size, color, or style?

Step 1 – Create a new online order selecting the replacement size/color/style you want.

Step 2 – Place the return item(s) in a padded envelope or box. Enclose a copy of the receipt included in your original order. Once we receive the returned item we will provide you a full refund of the item(s) returned. Include a phone number if we need to reach you.

Step 3 – Send your return package to the address below:

Use tracking or insurance to ensure we receive your return. Matters of the Heart is not responsible for returns not received by us and cannot honor or provide a refund. Ship your exchange/return items in padded packaging. It is not necessary to include gift boxing or catalogs.

How to Return?

Include along with the returned item, a copy of the original invoice along with instructions, Please refund. The purchase amount will be refunded to your original method of payment, less shipping expenses. Please include a phone number if where we can reach you. It is the shipper's responsibility to track the receipt of the returned shipment. Shipping charges are not refunded for returned merchandise.

Sale items can not be returned.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the processing of your return.
