Return Policy
You may return or exchange unworn and unused merchandise purchased from Matters of the Heart in its original condition for a refund within 5 days of receipt. Rings from David Tishbi and Dian Malouf are Custom made for you therefore are the exception to the Matters of the Heart Return Policy. Custom Orders are not returnable for refundable. Custom Orders take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to craft. RETURNS
You will need to contact us via email at customer_service@saladojewelry.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number enables us to track your RETURN and must be clearly printed on the outside of the returned package and inside on your paperwork describing the reason for RETURN. There is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card. Your return must be made in a padded envelope or box and must be received by us within 10 days from the date the Return Authorization (RA) number was issued.
We are not responsible for items not received by us. It is the shipper's responsibility to track the receipt of the returned shipment. Shipping charges are not refunded by Matters of the Heart for returned merchandise. Sale items can not be returned.

PANDORA RETURN POLICY
Effective October 2006 Pandora Jewelry LLC has instituted the policy that Pandora earrings can not be returned for hygenic reasons. Customer can only return earrings to Pandora Jewelry LLC if they are broken because of a manufactured defect. Pandora will reimburse shipping charges for any ground or regular postal service. The customer must include a paper receipt to be reimbursed for shipping cost.

EXCHANGES
