Shipping and Payment Policies

Matter of the Heart ships First Class Mail via United States Postal Service. Our shipping covers the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping outside the United States, please call US 254-947-0062 or email Customer Service at customer_service@shopmattersoftheheart.com with your order details and we can tell you what the shipping charges will be.

If you choose to have your package shipped “insured” via the United States Postal Service there will be shipping charges to cover the cost of the insured package.

For an additional charge we offer US Priority Mail, FEDEX Ground, EDEX 3rd Day, FEDEX 2nd Day and FEDEX Overnight. Delivery times are determined by the carrier. Matters of the Heart can not be held responsible for weather conditions that may occur during shipment that delay your delivery.

Matters of the Heart ships Monday through Friday and most orders are shipped within 48 hours of the time the order is placed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Matters of the Heart accepts the following US credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and, DISCOVER. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. We retain the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspect. Your credit card will be charged when the order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card receipt will reflect purchase charged to MATTERS OF THE HEART INC.

* Due to the packing materials required to ship the Pandora Travel Box there is a shipping charge of $5.00 per box.
